Based in a residential care home for people with a learning disability and complex needs, you will manage, support and provide an effective, responsive and person-centred service within statutory requirements.
Perfil do candidato:
Qualification in health, social care or psychology and have good leadership skills. Experience in this specific area of work is helpful. Will be flexible, caring and have a responsible attitude. A good command of both written and spoken English is essential.

- Training and development opportunities, management support, loyalty bonuses and a pension.
- Team Leader: 40 hrs p/wk, £ 16,188.00 p.a. - £ 20,567.00 p.a
Senior Support Worker: 37.5 hrs p/wk, £13,455.00 p.a. - £14,820.00 p.a
